"We are so glad we found Jeannette online. After getting a new kitten last year, Jasper our 4 year old male cat started spraying inside the house. After about 6 months of trying different sprays and diffusers and not having much luck with them, we had got to our wits end and were reluctantly going to rehome him. Our vet suggested talking to a feline behaviour specialist and we are so glad we did. We reached out to Jeannette who took time to understand our problem, the history of each cat and how the cats lived in the house. As we were in different towns to Jeannette we had zoom meetings online which worked well. Thanks so much Jeanette for your wonderful work with our two cats! We had quite a myriad of issues with them when we consulted Jeanette, including toileting and behavioural/aggression issues, and her considered analysis of what was going on and the underlying causes provided us with not only an explanation for the behaviours, but some ideas as to how to resolve these. We have implemented a number of these solutions over the weeks following Jeanette's initial consultation, and not only have the toileting issues completely disappeared, but we now have two cats who are much happier and more relaxed in the company of each other and their humans!
