about the process
- Contact me via the contact page or email [email protected].
- I'll send you a questionnaire which will need to be returned at least 72 hours before the assessment.
- If this is a home assessment, I'll visit your home to see the cat's environment, and how they behave within it.
- If it's an online assessment, you'll need to have a good broadband connection so we can meet via Zoom. I'll also ask you to send me, if you can, some videos of your cat or cats and the behaviours you're seeking help with.
- Depending on the nature of the behavioural issue, it may be that the cat requires a veterinary visit, in case a medical condition is the cause. If this occurs, I can work with your vet, contact them to seek information (with your permission) and provide them with a copy of my report.
Behavioural Management Package: from $245*

I can't make any guarantees about the outcome of our process - cats are individual creatures, and there may be several factors causing the issue. If your cat’s behaviour changes suddenly, contact your veterinary clinic as a behavioural problem can be a sign of an underlying medical condition.
* For home visits within the Wellington, Porirua and Lower Hutt areas, a travel charge will be added - I'll let you know the charge once you've completed the contact page and I know the suburb.
